Φεύγοντας γεμάτοι ελπίδα και αισιοδοξία από το 42ο SHORT FILM FEST IN DRAMA Φεστιβάλ Ταινιών Μικρού Μήκους Δράμας και μετά από μια εξαιρετικά γεμάτη και υπέροχη εβδομάδα που είχα την χαρά και την τιμή να δω υπέροχες ταινίες και να γνωρίσω απίστευτούς κινηματογραφιστές. Κλείνω με μια υπέροχη κριτική από το Αθηνόραμα και τον Γιάννη Καντέα-Παπαδόπουλο σχετικά με την ταινία μας Flickering Souls Set Alight. Ραντεβού στις Νύχτες Πρεμιέρας την Τετάρτη 25 Σεπτέμβρη στο Ideal, στα υπόλοιπα φεστιβάλ και πλέον (από χθες) στο Φεστιβάλ της Δράμας, ταξιδεύει…με “μικρές” αποσκευές σε 60+ πόλεις στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό!
Απόσπασμα απο Αθηνόραμα: “Μια από τις πιο φιλόδοξες και κινηματογραφικά τολμηρές ταινίες του εθνικού διαγωνιστικού τμήματος ήταν η ταινία «Για Χρόνια Πλάγιαζα Νωρίς» του Ιάκωβου Παναγόπουλου. Το αποτέλεσμα μιας έρευνας δύο χρόνων του σκηνοθέτη με ασθενείς που πάσχουν από τη νόσο ALS, η μικρού μήκους επικεντρώνεται σε μια γυναίκα (Ιωάννα Τσιριγκούλη) που φροντίζει τον καθηλωμένο εξαιτίας της ασθένειας άντρα της (Γιάννης Κοκιασμένος) και την έφηβη κόρη τους (Ελίζα Σκολίδη).”
Θα ήθελα πραγματικά να ευχαριστήσω τους πάντες γι’ αυτήν την εξαιρετική συνεργασία και την πραγματοποίηση της νέας μου μικρού μήκους “Allimonò”. Η συγκεκριμένη ταινία ήταν ένα τεράστιο ταξίδι με πολλές δυσκολίες οι οποίες όμως άξιζαν όσο δεν πάει και το τελικό αποτέλεσμα τις δικαιώνει απίστευτα. Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω τον Manos Kokolakis από Matchframe για την εξαιρετική εκτέλεση παραγωγής. StoryLab International Film Development Research Network will lead a workshop in Zagoriwood 2019. The workshop will focus in three different focus groups and the groups will have to create three short films around the topic of collective memory and history. The workshop will run by prof.
